Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise outlined below.


2. Digital Product Policy

Once access to the product has been granted, we do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • lack of use
  • misunderstanding of the product contents

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital materials.


3. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of purchase
  • Provide a valid reason for your request
    • Reasons include: You no longer have, run or own a cleaning business

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these criteria.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Failure to implement the material
  • Lack of results due to inaction
  • Downloading or accessing all materials and requesting a refund without valid reason

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.


6. Consultation Calls

Free or paid consultation calls are non-refundable once completed.

If you need to reschedule, please provide reasonable notice.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in restricted access to our products and services.
