"My English is not perfect. Can I still win big contracts?"
Absolutely. In Australia, property managers care about results and reliability more than perfect grammar. Our Blueprint includes Pre-Written Email Templates and Professional Proposal Layouts. You don’t need to "find the words"—we’ve already written them for you. You just "Fill in the Blanks."
"Is this legal in Australia? What about Fair Work?"
This is the most important part of the Blueprint. We provide a 2026 Award Wage Guide. "Do I need a special license to start?"
In most Australian states, you don’t need a specific "cleaning license" for general offices, but you do need an ABN and specific Insurance. Note: If you are in Victoria or Queensland, you may need a Labour Hire License if you hire staff. We include a checklist to help you figure out exactly what applies to your state.
"Why is this better than a Cleaning Franchise?"
